Do you offer mobile trailer repair?
Yes. RoadReady Trailer Repair LLC is a mobile service, meaning we come directly to your location to perform repairs whenever possible. This includes homes, job sites, storage yards, and roadside locations.
Do you provide emergency roadside assistance?
Yes. We offer emergency roadside trailer assistance for trailers that are disabled or unsafe to tow. If you’re stranded on the side of the road with a trailer issue, we’ll come to you and attempt on-site repairs.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Monmouth, Oregon and service surrounding communities including Independence, Dallas, Salem, and nearby areas. Standard service calls cover up to 25 miles.
What types of trailers do you work on?
We service most utility trailers, equipment trailers, and similar non-commercial trailers. If you’re unsure whether we can work on your trailer, just give us a call with the details.
What are your business hours?
We are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After-hours and emergency services are available and may include an additional surcharge.
Do you offer welding services?
Yes, non-structural and structural welding services may be available if properly insured and certified. Welding services include a minimum labor charge.
Do you offer inspections?
Yes. We offer basic trailer safety inspections covering brakes, bearings, suspension, lighting, and hitch components. Inspections are recommended before long trips or seasonal use.
Do you offer towing?
No. We do not provide towing services. All services are performed on-site whenever possible.
